this post goes out to my dearest aunt stacy (who's is pretty much awesome!!! we have a lot of fun moments "if you know what i mean NUSHI(aka MASTER haha)" :D)


so anyways she gave me this idea

and im going to name a few rules that will go to certain people out there (you kno who you are!)


first and FOREMOST

1. EVERYONE would have to read twilight whether they'd like it or not!!! haha and there would be a twilight DAY where you would either go to twilight parties, read the books, and celebrate which side you like and make fun of the other side!!!!



2. EVERYONE would automatically get gmail so i could chat w/ everyone and anyone i ever want to talk to!!!!!!!!!! :] :]

3. there would be a national MUSIC day and that day all you do would listen to music!!!!!! whether it was through ur ipod/headphones or walking around through the houses or out and about and everyone would listen to the same songs!!!!

4. i would make the school system teach a computer and cell phone class that EVERYONE has to take...and you learn anything u need to know about computers and texting!!!!!

5. i would upgrade the technology like in the uglies and have the houses talk to you!!!!!!!!! you would have a interface ring that talks to you too!!!!!!!

email
for those of us who don't have texting
haha
but email is definitely a huge step up from sending letters
haha my favorite comedian says when he gets a letter in the mail
"did someone get kidnapped? is someone being held hostage?!?!"
lik seriously.....letters are good and fun and stuff but no one really sends letters
like even b-day cards--now there's ecards!!!!!
we americans are laaaaaaaazy!!!!!!!! :]
but anyways
email is good and bad
everyone checks it almost every day (for someone of us its lik every hour!!! ahem me...ahem!) so if you need to get a message to someone they should get it pretty quickly.
and you can send a huge group email to get everyones opinions
but email can be bad
for one thing u cant tell emotions--if someone is joking or being totally serious! NEVER EVER get into an email fight cuz you cant tell what they are actually thinking!?!?! its ANNOYING! maybe we should all just get web cams! haahah
but anyways
if you havent noticed i write A LOT
lik huuuuuuuuuuge long emails! lik too much........
lik blogging i write tons!!!!
but you know what i have noticed........
guys write REALLY short emails!?!??!
lik hahah the other day i was talking to ben over email
and i wrote a lot
and he wrote back like 2 sentences.....i was like thanks kiddo
jk ben :]
but even my dear ole cousin and best friend ALEX
short short short!!!!!!
and if you ask questions in those emails
you WILL NOT get an answer back
sometimes i think about bolding the questions cuz thats all they really need to read!!!!!!!!
in summary--emails are amazingly fun (even forwards sometimes)

but i HATE the ones where its like send in 10 minutes or ur gonna have a terrible love life!?! yeah right

towels

so as most of you know im in UT right now in the lovely HOOOOT town of St. George
and yes i finally found a computer and was in the PERFECT mood to
raaaaaaaaant!!!!!!!! :]
okay so we're in the hotel room (which was waaaaaaaaaay nice! we're staying there w/ u whitney on our way up to UT so yeaaah and OH get this! u me and hayley get a room to ourselves!!!!! woot woot) anyways and i grabbed a towel
and im like wow! this towel is SOOOOOOO SMALL (and yes it was the right towel not lik a face towel)
so then i got to thinking about my past hotel stays and wondered



why are all hotel towels so small?



i mean seriously
there is no way a towel could fit an adult
like cmon
havent you people thought about that??
did they make them for the children and then lost all the adult sizes??
cuz unlike a scarf--one towel does not fit all!
and im a tall girl
and its ANNOYING!!!!
then you go outside and see the hotel pool towels
and they are like huuuuuuuuuuuuge!!!!!!!!!!

so yesterday im sitting in church right? wat else would i be doing on a sunday??
and lauryn is playing with these magnet things that are disney princesses and then you can stick magnet dresses/clothes/items on them and yeah
fun right?
well im sitting watching her and pick up the belle one and realized that i just found the perfect rant

okay so ben has been hooked on him for as long as I can remember and for whatever reason i never felt like listening to him...so one day when we were talking about music i decided to give him a try and OH MAN IM SO GLAD I DID!!!!!!! i have 3 of his CDs on my ipod and the music is soooooo relaxing!!!! for those of you who don't know jack johnson is like hawaiian music in a way but not all that traditional its aaaaaaaaaawesome!!!!!!!

not to depress anyone lol
but crying is an interesting emotion.....if we didn't have it would we be happy all the time?? i forget what movie it is but im pretty sure it was enchanted and how she didn't understand tears cuz in her "animated" life everything was perfect....but in reality not everything is perfect and sometimes we all just need a good cry.
so me and crying......
when? why? how?
okay so i recently discovered that i got my dad's genes as far as crying......during youth conference talks i was a mess!!!!! and that im okay with!! when the music was super touching...
but i also have recently realized that i cry a loooooooot in movies!!!!
so last night im watching the singles 2nd ward and maaaaaaan i was crying!!!!! the dad and kirby heybourne are like sitting crying and it was sooooooooo sadddd!!!!!!
and then oh man the most embarrassing one would probably be toy story and it wasn't cuz i was sad or anything!!!!! it was like the end part and they were "flying" and the music got to me and i just remembered all my childhood memories and started crying!!!!!!
i cried in yours mine and ours lik tears streaming down at the end of that movie and i cried in enchanted (only at the movie theater) and game plan and this nanny movie we watched on the airplane back from hawaii lol........
so crying in movies w/ me is almost a given whenever i sit down to one!!!!!!
another time i'll start crying is if my sisters are hitting a big memorial type thing that i can remember doing and it makes me reaaaal sad to think about leaving home in lik 3 years and missing out on their lives........aw man this is pretty sad !?! :'( like it was my sisters wizard of oz and i choked up pretty bad......or at my sister's graduation oh man
so yeah im actually a big cry baby lol
one more thing
music!!!!!! depressing music + a depressing day = meg--a mess!!!!!!!
like if i've had a reaaaaaaally hard day and then when i come home and turn on my ipod to a certain playlist maaaaaaaan!!!!!
okay so this post was pretty depressing
but i was thinking about crying last night

so for my first rant
status messages
so for all my fellow gmailers
we use status messages while chatting
a status message could mean a thousand words
and im annoying with my status messages
everytime im on i change it and at least 4 or 5 other times
i can never keep it the same
i use everything and anything
inside jokes

icons
or to let people know what im doing
(my status at the moment is starting a new blog)
so anyways
status messages are cool
cuz they are tell people anything they can pull out of it
i've had people hide my name in their status message :]
i've had people tell me their parents are in the room
i've had people say "mean" stuff about me (as in steven's "MEGAN'S THE GRAND PUBA NUSHI" inside joke too)
so you see status messages are random
